Dedicated to empowering female athletes to elevate their game, Strong Girls Training specializes in creating targeted strength and conditioning programs, focusing on speed, agility, mobility, and mental performance in a high energy, high touch, high impact environment. Tara’s coaching style is centered around motivation, progress tracking and innovative techniques to ensure her athletes’ success in reaching their performance goals in sport and in life. ​

This 6-week program includes 12 sessions, which your athlete can use flexibly to fit her schedule. Whether she prefers to train twice a week or adjust as needed, the program is designed to accommodate her availability while maintaining steady progress.
