Exclusive Training for CT Wolves – 5-Class Series!

We are excited to offer a limited-time exclusive training opportunity for the CT Wolves!

The Physical Synergy - Better, Safer, Stronger (BSS) class is a dynamic, age-appropriate group training program designed to introduce young athletes to foundational movement patterns that enhance both physical performance and long-term fitness. This program is perfect for athletes at all levels—whether they are just starting their fitness journey, are seasoned competitors looking to level up, or somewhere in between.

In BSS, athletes will learn essential principles such as proper warm-up and cool-down routines, as well as develop coordination, balance, and strength through bodyweight exercises and light resistance training. The class is structured to support continuous improvement while promoting injury prevention and mental well-being.

This 5-class series is available at a discounted rate of $150 per session.

  • Tuesday, November 19th

  • Thursday, November 21st

  • Tuesday, November 26th

  • Tuesday, December 3rd

  • Thursday, December 5th

Training Time Options:

  • 4:15 PM – 5:00 PM

  • 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM
