Dr. Mike 

DR. MICHAEL TROKNYA - “Dr. Mike”

Dr. Mike is an alumnus of Fairfield University and Cleveland Chiropractic College-Kansas City Campus. After working at several locations in Fairfield County, he opened Physical Synergy in 2003 in order to deliver to his patients a “fresh approach” to chiropractic. Dr. Mike abandoned the stereotypical chiropractic treatment plans of heat, electric stimulation, and adjustments. In its place, he instituted personalized nutritional guidance, specific range of motion exercises, chiropractic biophysics, and combined neuromuscular re-education and functional exercise in order to enable patients to reach their full potential. This unique approach has resulted in a referral business of individuals aspiring to attain maximal health while minimizing “dis-ease” potential. He has surrounded himself with equally attentive staff members whose primary concern is patient health.

Dr. Mike uses a “whole person approach” when taking care of his patients. By combining the very best hands-on-technique, state of the art physiotherapy procedures, and providing the newest and best natural vitamins and mineral supplements on the market to improve your whole well-being. 

Dr. John 

DR. JOHN A. DINNEEN - "Dr. John"

Dr. John A Dinneen is a native of Portsmouth, NH. He grew up and earned membership of the Professional Ski Instructors of America. He graduated cum laude from Saint Anselm College, where he studied biology and played division II football and basketball. This background has lead him to be a specialist in treating athletes from middle school to the professional level. He exhibited academic excellence in his practice, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic, earning distinction for his clinical services.

Dr. Dinneen believes in a holistic approach to health, and that great health begins with living a healthy lifestyle. Dr. John stays informed on the latest in wellness therapies, attending education courses and seminars to ensure he can provide the best treatment possible for his patients. He is proficient in the treatment techniques of Cox-Flexion distraction, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Active Manual Therapy, Kineso-taping, and rehabilitation program design.

Dr. Dinneen now resides in Milford with his wife Jenna, son Kiernan, daughter Delaney, and French bulldog Brady. He is an avid runner, skier, and gym enthusiast.

Rob Hornbuckle

Rob is a seasoned fitness expert and a dedicated professional with 13 years of experience in the industry. Having honed his skills at various gym and boutique fitness studios, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. As a former General Manager and Fitness Manager, Rob not only excels in one-on-one coaching but also possesses valuable leadership experience in managing teams of fitness professionals. This unique blend of hands-on training and management skills ensures a comprehensive understanding of client needs and industry best practices. Rob’s philosophy is a client-centered approach to fitness and movement therapy. He is committed to tailoring programs to individual client goals, prioritizing safety and efficiency in every session, and incorporating movement therapy principles for holistic wellness. 

When Rob is not guiding clients towards their fitness goals, you'll find him embracing an active lifestyle. They enjoy shooting hoops on the basketball court, or spending quality time spent with his son.
