8-Week Training Program for Teen Athletes - ages 12+*

This program is designed to improve young athletes' overall athleticism, speed, agility, mobility, and endurance. It's essential to note that every athlete is different, and modifications can be made based on individual needs and sports-specific requirements.

 

Begins June 16th through Aug. 14th (NO CLASSES WEEK OF JUNE 23RD)

 

Monday & Wednesday : 

-Class Strength @ 4pm & 5pm 

 

Tuesday & Thursday :

-Class Conditioning and Agility @ 4pm & 5pm

 

Pricing:

8 weeks unlimited classes - $389.

About the Instructor:

 

I'm Jose Hernandez, but you can call me Coach T or Tony. Im a W.I.T.S certified personal trainer with a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. With my RAW FUNCTIONAL TRAINING (RFT) level 1 Certification and my W.I.T.S certification since 2008, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every session.

 

For the past 15 years, I have been actively involved in the fitness industry constantly pushing myself to reach new heights. This journey has taught me the importance of proper form when it comes to strength training. I firmly believe that by focusing on technique and executing movements with precision, we can maximize our results while minimizing the risk of injury.

 

In addition to my experience in fitness industry, I have also coached high school girls basketball, which has further solidified my understanding of the importance of discipline, teamwork, and dedication in achieving success. I bring these values into my training sessions, motivating and inspiring my clients to push beyond their limits and unlock their full potential.
